NOTE!! When the download starts, a message indicating that it is an unconfirmed download will be displayed, together with a 'Keep' option. Click on the 'Keep' option to ensure the file is downloaded correctly. Otherwise, you will need to change the file extension of the downloaded file from '.crdownload' to '.rtf' in order to be able to open and edit/print the file
